Aboriginal Flag Raising Ceremony, 11am, Narrabri Shire Council Chmbers,  Followed by a BBQ lunch provided by Narrabri Lions Club.  Flying the Australian flag, state flag & Aboriginal flag side by side symbolises the necessary partnership between Australia and its traditional land owners.  The Aboriginal flag is one way to recognise the status of Aboriginal people and their contribution to Australia.
